Bertan, who was traded from the Oklahoma City Thunder this week, played 11 minutes, 39 seconds, his second most of the season. The Latvian made three of five long-range shots, won two rebounds, gave one assist, intercepted two balls and violated the rules once. The “Hornets” scored ten more points than they allowed with Bertans on the court, which was the third best score in the team.
