Report: Number of robberies with underage suspects on the rise in Finland

Data compiled in a report by the Central Criminal Police of Finland show that in 2023, 38% of robbery cases were underage suspects, most of whom were under 15 years of age. The report indicates that last year the number of suspects under the age of 15 increased by 37% compared to the previous year.

The report also states that robberies often take place while the attackers are filming and humiliating the victims.
