A narrowly worded invitation to an extraordinary public meeting was published on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange, the only item on the agenda of which is the recall of the chairman and one member of the board, as well as the election of a new board member and chairman. The board of directors convened the general meeting on December 21, 2023 at 1 p.m., in case the general meeting lacks a quorum, the repeated general meeting with the same agenda and at the same location was announced on January 3, 2024 at 1 p.m., the portal reads.
